The creation of all framework conditions requires the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics. Contracts with service providers must be concluded in order to ensure legal compliance in the terms of the GDPR – this is where I provide support. Since the portfolio of 4ACES naturally includes much more, namely as a wide variety of areas of competence, which are bundled by our versatile team with full commitment and professional expertise - I can contribute a lot to my projects. "Creating clarity in complex process landscapes"
For my customers, I organize compliance with data protection requirements in operational processes. To do this, I familiarize myself deeply with the processes and data flows, advise customers on data protection and support the departments in the development and implementation of improvement measures and documentation. For this I need methodical knowledge, process knowledge and communication skills. And to do this, I also get to know the customer processes better and better every week.

"I am Tabea. I study mechanical engineering and I support the communication team at 4ACES since March 2023.”
My tasks include internal communication, organizing and accompanying various company events, as well as working on the homepage and sharepoints. The work is very diverse and I could already learn many new skills and get to know people. I was especially impressed by the relaxed and warm atmosphere at 4ACES right from the start. I received a very warm welcome and was able to gain initial insights very quickly with the help of my colleagues. What I like about 4ACES is the variety of company events and activities, which make it easy to exchange ideas with colleagues and are also a lot of fun. I am looking forward to the time ahead!

I am often the first point of contact for my customers when it comes to their issues. In this context, I am involved at the corporate level in the areas of switches and control elements, instrument clusters or vehicle electrical systems. The primary aim here is to reconcile the coordination and organization of the group brands in order to create transparent vehicle developments together. Skills such as patience, empathy and assertiveness are required daily.

"Can numbers, data & facts really be exciting?"
I support my projects both in the area of committee management and in the creation of management documents and error statistics. Among other things, I am responsible for reporting the functional experience. For some these numbers may be insignificant or incomprehensible - for me they are a way to visualize the degree of goal achievement every day, to show the status and thus to motivate.
