Our projects and areas of responsibility are varied and diverse. On the one hand, you will be involved in existing projects by the team, and, on the other hand, you will supervise new projects independently. Within the project team, you will be responsible for the analysis and technical evaluation of complex requirements in the automotive environment and formulate test specifications. The derivation of test requirements is as much a part of your daily work as the technical evaluation of test results. Finally, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability and validity of the requirements.

In addition to a degree with a technical background (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar) or a comparable qualification (technician or similar), we are impressed by qualities such as customer orientation and strong communication skills. As the ideal candidate, you have a passion for our core topics of Autonomous Driving, Connectivity, Electric Drive and Shared Mobility. You are able to quickly analyze new structures and processes and use your knowledge to deal with complex problems. The technical environment is your home, you are keen to contribute your knowledge to our projects and can present this to non-technical people at any hierarchical level. Ideally, you have experience in requirements engineering and automotive requirements process (e.g., A-Spice, ASIL) and knowledge of software development and test processes as well as IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Synergy, CANape and EXAM. Initial professional experience in the area of steering development is also desirable.
