Our projects and areas of responsibility are diverse and varied. On the one hand, you will be involved in existing projects by the team, and, on the other hand, you will independently supervise new projects and be in direct coordination with the development managers of our customers. Within the project team, you will be responsible for the analysis and technical evaluation of complex customer requirements in the automotive environment (including power electronics), derive concrete product requirements (usually A-SPICE compliant) and evaluating the potential impact. The independent participation in various technical coordination processes is therefore just as much a part of your daily work as the presentation of new requirements in the context of a change control board and the preparation of decision papers. Finally, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability and validity of the requirements.
In addition to a degree with a technical background (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar) or a comparable degree (technician or similar), we are impressed by qualities such as customer orientation and strong communication skills. As the ideal candidate, you have a passion for our core topics of Autonomous Driving, Connectivity, Electric Drive and Shared Mobility. You are able to quickly analyze new structures and processes and use your knowledge to deal with complex problems. The technical environment is your home, you feel like contributing your knowledge to our projects and you are able to present it to non-technical people on any hierarchy level. Ideally, you have experience in requirements engineering and automotive requirements process (e.g., A-SPICE, ASIL) and knowledge of software development and test processes as well as IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Synergy, CANape and EXAM. Initial professional experience in the area of steering development is also desirable.
We offer a place in a professional team with many years of experience in the industry. Flat hierarchies and communication at eye level are just as natural to us as performance-based pay. In addition, you will have many opportunities to grow professionally and personally within exciting and interdisciplinary projects (among other things, through regular training). Our regional organization makes it possible to minimize business trips if you wish. Flexible working hours and the opportunity to help shape your workday not only in terms of content, but also in terms of deadlines, allow you to achieve the best possible work-life balance. Your work-life balance and personal development are important to us.
